Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am honored to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Henry County Hospital, part of our West Tennessee Healthcare family. For the past eleven years, I’ve been honored to serve this community, which has always felt like home, beginning as a clinical pharmacist, then leading our pharmacy residency program, and most recently as Director of Pharmacy.

Throughout my career, I’ve been guided by a simple belief: clinical excellence and compassionate service are inseparable. Whether launching our first ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency, expanding our 340B medication access and stewardship programs, or leading during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, my focus has always been on your well‑being.

Now, as CEO, my vision extends across every area of care at WTH- Henry County Hospital. I am committed to:

  • Elevating clinical services—from cardiology to obstetrics—and ensuring they remain accessible and high-quality.
  • Growing our care team, to ensure we’re ready to meet the rising needs of everyone in the community.
  • Strengthening our connections with local physicians, clinics, and families—ensuring that WTH Henry County Hospital continues to be the trusted heart of health in Henry County.
I want families to have confidence that when they come here, they will be met with expertise, empathy, and respect. To our staff, I promise to lead with transparency, clinical insight, and a servant‑leader’s mindset—listening carefully, supporting your work, and celebrating your dedication.
Being part of a multi-generational legacy here, having been born in this hospital and with family who served within these walls, I feel inspired by our past and hopeful as we look toward the future together. We are entering a time of renewal and growth, and I am excited about the future we’ll build together.
