Visiting Hours & Policies
Visits from family and friends often contribute to a patient’s recovery. However, please be considerate of the needs of your patient and of the others who need periods of rest and quiet. There are no set visiting hours; however, a patient’s physician may place special restrictions on visits if he or she considers it necessary. Please note that for security reasons and noise reduction, we close all of our entrances except the emergency entrance at 9:00 PM.
Note: Please reference the COVID-19 Facility Visitation policy prior to your visit for detailed visitation information, latest updates, and specific visitation policies for each department due to COVID-19.
General visitation for HCMC will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Only TWO visitors are permitted in a patient’s room at a time. In some cases, a friend or family member may stay overnight. This will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to visit unless otherwise noted.
Universal Masking: Everyone entering the facility must wear a mask and we encourage each person to bring his/her own mask.
