The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requires hospitals to provide information about charges for their services as well as negotiated insurance rates and discounted cash prices. HCMC is committed to providing our patients with meaningful information that you can use to make the best decisions for yourself and your family. Estimate Your Out-of-Pocket Costs
Hospital charges and out of pocket expenses can be hard to understand but is very important to planning your healthcare. HCMC’s online price estimator tool allows you to create an estimate of your out of pocket costs for the most common procedures and services.
The final amount of the hospital’s charge may be different from what is shown in the list if additional services are ordered or if services are performed due to complications that may arise during the course of treatment.
Your Rights to Receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (PDF)
Please note these charges do not include any provider fees that may be associated with a hospital visit.
Health Plan Transparency Machine Readable Files
Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files (MRF) on behalf of Henry County Medical Center.
