Join Michele Atkins, UT Extension; Barbara Kelly, TN Dept. of Health; and Tina Umstead, Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation, for a three class workshop on Dining with Diabetes. Each class lasts 60 to 90 minutes and will be taught at the Henry County Health Department. The classes offer participants skills for cooking when following a diabetic diet plan. It is a hands on approach that offers participants practical skills for preparing and cooking food.
