HCMC will offer a Senior Stars Screening to seniors who are members of the 55 and older program or who are interested in becoming members. Staff will be on hand to provide full lipid panel cholesterol, blood pressure checks, blood glucose, and osteoporosis screenings.
Educational materials will be available as well as a review of results with a nurse. Many of our services will be on hand with booths to provide you with information and services including balance testing, foot care, nutritional counseling, depression screening, hearing screening and more. A light breakfast will also be served after the screening.
All is free to the participants who are members or those who would like to register for $10. This screening free only once a year to each Senior Star Member.
