The class is taught via telehealth by Linda Pennington, a nutritionist with Dietitian Associates, Inc. An HCMC employee will be there to facilitate the meeting. HCMC nurses will be available at the Carroll County Office on Aging for free blood pressure checks at 11 a.m. The Carroll County Office on Aging is located at 625 High Street in Huntingdon.

Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation Chronic Disease Nurse Case Manager will be available to take your blood pressure and discuss the results with you at the Henry County Office on Aging located at 55 Jones Bend Road Extended in Paris. For more information, call 731-644-8215.
