We’ve come a long way since COVID-19 threatened our health and disrupted our lives, but we continue to see increases of cases with this new variant of the virus.  As we move forward and look towards back to school, now is the time to get the tools and information you need to ensure your family’s health.

The kits, education, and events are grant funded by the Rural Health Clinic COVID-19 Programs including Testing and Mitigation as well as Vaccine Confidence programs.  Additionally, they are funded by the Delta COVID-19 supplemental funding.
