HCMC Home Health & Hospice Named Top 25 National Best Practice Agency

Paris, TN – Based on overall survey results for the year 2019, Henry County Medical Center Home Health has been named a Top 25 national best practice agency by Fazzi Associates. This award is presented to home health organizations that have demonstrated superior performance in 2019.

“Agencies named as national best practice agencies are proven leaders and have excelled in one of the most important measures of an agency’s quality program– caregiver experience,” said Jennifer Ittner, project directory for Fazzi Associates. “This level of success is commendable and deserving of recognition.”

Based on a comparative analysis of agencies involved in Fazzi Associates’ Home Health CAHPS system for 2019, HCMC Home Health & Hospice’s results for the Overall Satisfaction or Likelihood of Recommending survey questions placed it in the top 25 percent of Fazzi’s National Home Health CAHPS database.

The HHCAHPS and Hospice CAHPS Top 25 award is presented annually to organizations that subscribe to Fazzi’s Patient and Family Satisfaction Services and have demonstrated superior performance in overall satisfaction results.

“When providing Home Health and Hospice services to our clients, having an able and willing caregiver is not only a requirement, it is an absolute necessity,” said Cynthia Stigall, Director of HCMC Home Health and Hospice. “That caregiver provides care to the client when the agency providers are not in the home.  It is our desire to work diligently with all caregivers to assure that our patients have the best possible outcomes with their home health and/ or Hospice experience.  Please do not hesitate to contact any of our Home Health or Hospice staff members with any questions that you may have concerning these services.”

Hospice is support for people with limited life expectancy and their families. We provide a comfortable, supportive environment, ensuring that the quality of life is the best it can be. We pay special attention to physical, spiritual and psychological needs of our patients and their families.
