Lachelle Moss began working in the medical field in 2003 as a Medical Lab Technician. After graduating nursing school in 2010, she worked primarily on the medical-surgical floor as a floor and charge nurse before starting at the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Unit at Regional Hospital of Jackson. She also worked PRN in OB-GYN. She became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016, after which she began working with Dr. James Carruth and Dr. Larry Carruth at the Pulmonary Medicine Clinic of Jackson. Starting in 2019 at Henry County Medical Center, she began working with Dr. James Carruth in the hospital and Paris Pulmonary Clinic.
