Grief Support Group

HCMC Home Health and Hospice invites you to embark on a journey of healing and support through our upcoming Grief Support Class. This class will be facilitated by David O'Brien, Chaplain for HCMC Hospice.
From September 12th through October 17th, every Thursday afternoon from 1:30pm to 3:30 pm, join us in the comforting atmosphere of the Paris City Hall-  Meeting Room at 100 N. Caldwell St in Paris. This is a dedicated space that provides comfort and understanding as we navigate the complexities of grief together. With limited spots available, each participant receives personalized attention and care. Whether you’re seeking guidance or simply a supportive community, our program aims to provide invaluable resources and companionship on your path towards healing.

Annual Ed Roberts/Caring Hearts Cancer Survivors Dinner – An Evening of Hope and Celebration

PARIS, TENNESSEE – December 5, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Maplewood Baptist Church Cancer survivors and a guest are invited to gather for an evening of inspiration and joy at the Annual Ed Roberts/Caring Hearts Cancer Survivors Dinner. This cherished event, coordinated by founder Barbara Roberts, celebrates the strength and resilience of those impacted by cancer. Hosted at Maplewood Baptist Church, the dinner offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for survivors and supporters. Over the years, this event has grown to include more than 300 attendees, making it an annual tradition in Henry County.

More Than Just a Dinner

The heart of this event lies in the Caring Hearts Fund, a program of the Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation. The fund provides critical financial support to cancer patients, helping with co-pays, premiums, transportation, and other essential expenses. Every donation and sponsorship for the dinner ensures attendees can enjoy a meaningful evening filled with connection, delicious food, and thoughtful gifts.
