Senior Stars Screening
9:00am - 11:00am
HCMC will offer a Senior Stars Screening to seniors who are members of the 55 and older program or who are interested in becoming members.  Staff will be on hand to provide full lipid panel cholesterol, blood pressure checks, blood glucose, and osteoporosis screenings. Educational materials will be available as well as a review of results with a nurse.  Many of our services will be on hand with booths to provide you with information and services including balance testing, foot care, nutritional counseling, depression screening, hearing screening and more. A light breakfast will also be served after the screening. All is free to the participants who are members or those who would like to register for $10.  This screening free only once a year to each Senior Star Member. Community Health Screening – Farm Bureau
8:30am - 11:00am
Henry County Medical Center will offer health screenings at Paris Farm Bureau, 406 North Polar Street, Paris TN on Thursday, Oct. 5 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The screening will take place inside the building.  Free finger stick Blood Sugars and Blood Pressures will be available.  Finger stick Total Cholesterol tests will be offered for a minimal fee of $3.00 or a Lipid Panel for $10.00 each.  Results will be available at the time of the screening.
Fasting for 8 hours is required for an accurate results. Please make plans to attend.
