    Thursday, November 21 at 12 Noon HCMC Diagnostic Center Atrium November is Home Health & Hospice month and in recognition of this as well as HCMC Hospice's 25 years of service to the community, they will be providing a Lunch to Learn on home health and hospice. Discussed will be the differences between home health and hospice care as well as information on how to help make the choice between each service when caring for you or a loved one. Lunch will be provided beginning at 11:30AM. Seating is limited, so you must RSVP at 731-644-3463 to reserve your spot or register online below:
