Community Health Screening

Health Screenings Include:

• Blood Pressure
• Blood Sugar
• Hemoglobin A1c
• Osteoporosis
• Total Cholesterol ($3)
  – or –
  Full Lipid Panel ($10)

All results will be reviewed by a nurse.  To ensure accuracy of results, all participants are encouraged to be fasting at least 6 hours prior to testing.

All screenings will be performed on-site, using point-of-care fingerstick machines. Results will be available immediately. A pharmacist will also be available for medication questions and review.
