Henry County Medical Center is hosting a Community Health Needs Assessment Summit on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Classrooms 2 & 3 at Henry County Medical Center. The purpose of the community meeting is to share the results of a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment, to prioritize significant health needs of the community and to create a plan for improving the health of the community.
