9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
HCMC and the Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation will be on hand at the Carroll County Office on Aging to offer a free chronic disease management screening. Our Chronic Disease Management Program screening offers total lipid panel, blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI and A1c. There will be free information on our services as well as give-aways and more.
