Proud parents Jualicia and Shadrick Tharpe welcomed their new baby girl, Stacia Sy’Rai, into the world on 10-29-2018 at 1:28 p.m. Stacia weighed in at 8 lbs 10.6 oz and was 21″ in length. Her sister, Sarai, was excited too. Congratulations!
