Proud parents Melissa Elkins and Tate Patterson welcomed their new baby girl, Scarlett Rae, into the world on 09-20-2018 at 8:22 a.m. Scarlett weighed in at 7 lbs 12 oz and was 20″ in length. Her brother, Lincoln, was excited too!
