Proud parents Montana Capps and Greyson Franklin welcomed their baby girl, Nova Rae, into the world on 05-18-2019 at 1:08 p.m. Nova Rae weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was 19.5″ in length. Her brother, Knox, was excited, too. Congratulations!
