Proud parents Sheena Jordan and Dewayne Zell welcomed their new baby girl, Jackee Charlie, into the world on 02-07-2019 at 8:57 p.m. Jackee weighed in at 6 lbs 9 oz and was 18″ in length. Her sisters, Philothea and Annette, were excited, too. Congratulations!
