Birth Details
Proud parents April and Jason Waddell welcomed their new baby girl, Harper Gail, into the world on 08-17-2018 at 8:02 a.m. Harper weighed in at 7 lbs 9.6 oz and was 20″ in length. Her brother, Jase, was excited too!
