Proud parents Jenifer and Shaine Matte welcomed their baby girl Harper Dallas, into the world on 03-11-2019 at 5:48 p.m.. Harper weighed in at 6 llbs and was 18 3/4″ in length. Her sisters, Zoey, Kenlynn, and Laken were excited, too. Congratulations!
