Proud parents Jan and Robert Damon Dowdy welcomed their new baby girl, Eliza Clair, into the world on 02-11-2019 at 2:25 p.m. Eliza weighed in at 9 lbs 1 oz and was 21″ in length. Her brothers and sisters, Ashton, Brett, Alex, and Carlie, were excited too. Congratulations!
