Services
Our Center for Wellness and Rehabilitation is located at 311 East Wood Street in Paris. The clinic moved off-site from the hospital 10 years ago as we outgrew the space at the hospital and needed additional room to expand the services we provide.

We are proud to be the largest and most comprehensive outpatient clinic in the county.
We are the only outpatient clinic to offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
We are the only outpatient clinic to be able to offer an organized wellness and fitness component, with the most exercise equipment.
We are the only outpatient clinic that provides pediatric services. We are able to provide the PT, OT and ST in the home, pre-school, school system and outpatient settings.
We are the only outpatient clinic in Paris, Tenn. not under the Medicare cap for therapy services as we are hospital based and can see the patient as long as they are making improvements with their therapy program.
Our outpatients (and a “buddy”) are given six months free of the Wellness program once they are discharged from their outpatient therapy.
Our licensed staff of 12 has over 140 years of clinical experience in a wide variety of different settings which makes our clinic the most experienced in the county.
