Our Services

Diabetes Education

Our program consists of four classes meeting weekly for one month. The classes are provided as a service by Henry County Medical Center and are designed to provide individualized education to help those with diabetes manage their disease.

Discuss attending the program with your doctor. You must have a physician referral to attend. Contact the diabetes educator at (731) 644-8376 for registration and class schedules.
