Henry County Medical Center wins Healthcare Advertising Awards from Healthcare Marketing Report

Paris, TN – Henry County Medical Center’s Marketing and Public Relations Department has been awarded a Gold, two Silver, and two Merit awards in the 34th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards presented by Healthcare Marketing Report.  This year nearly 4,000 entries were received, making the awards the largest healthcare advertising awards competition and one of the ten largest of all advertising awards.

The Healthcare Advertising Awards is the oldest, largest and most widely respected healthcare advertising awards competition. The awards are sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report, the leading publication covering all aspects of healthcare marketing, advertising and strategic business development.

A national panel of judges were engaged in reviewing all entries based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact. The judges recognized seventeen entrants with the Best of Show designation, for their overall excellence and breakthrough advertising.

Gold awards were given to 367 entries, silver awards to 322 entries and bronze awards to 281 entries. All winners are posted on the Healthcare Advertising Awards website (http://healthcare-advertising-awards.com/), as well as published in Healthcare Marketing Report, a national healthcare marketing magazine. 

Below are the awards HCMC received for its marketing and public relations programs:  

  • Gold Award – Health Promotion – Every Beat Counts Heart Health Fair
  • Silver Award – Physician Referral Program – Half of All Women Pelvic Health Program
  • Silver Award – Patient Handbook – Total Hip Replacement and Total Knee Replacement Surgery Books
  • Merit Award – Social Media - #JobSearchSunday
  • Merit Award – Direct Mail – Adult Fitness Exam
